The Chart is an upcoming feature for one of the next releases, see yesterday's meeting minutes:

Regarding the version flag of bugzilla it is - I would say strangely - defined as:
"Version: The "Version" field is usually used for versions of a product which have been released, and is set to indicate which versions of a Component have the particular problem the bug report is about."

Frankly speaking, I have thought the same thing as you about a flag called version, unless I read incidentally the help page.

Going to ask how it is possible to add the 'target' flag (point 13) to Bugzilla.

If you need the Chart feature earlier, don't hesitate to participate our doors are open wide ;)

In the changelog[1], it seems the chart convenient API hasn't been
integrated in 0.8.

And the issue[2] says the target milestone is 0.8 ?
